Mr. Agarwal is a professional engineer with over 13 years of experience in design, project management, inspection, feasibility studies, technical report writing, and construction administration. His expertise includes foundations, bulkheads, piers, retaining walls, shoreline stabilization, and marinas. Mr. Agarwal has experience with a wide range of marine projects, while providing support for bridge and geotechnical projects, both in design and
construction.

Mr. Haubrich is a naval and coastal engineer by study with technical training in fluid dynamics, marine dynamics, environmental engineering, hull design, total ship design, and naval architecture. Mr. Haubrich has worked on projects including the design of steel, timber and concrete structures above and below the water, assessment of environmental impacts, regulatory permit preparation, condition assessments, and above water and underwater construction support services.
